Inspired by the stories of the merchant sea captains of Brewster while growing up on Cape Cod, Michael Flanagan founded The Searchers Group to develop and invest in opportunities in global trade.
The Searchers Group is the primary holding company for all of our investments and operations.

The Searchers Group develops, produces and manages products in a variety of categories including designer fashion, fine jewelry, beauty, wellness, swim, and footwear. Our success has included working with or partnering with notable brands such as Rick Owens, Spinelli Kilcollin, Repetto, and Emily Ratajkowski’s Inamorata Swim.
The Searchers Fine Jewelry
The Searchers Group develops and produces fine jewelry at our design and manufacturing facility in Europe. We produce our own brands in addition to working with select clients on their development and production.
The Searchers Beauty & Wellness
The Searchers Group develops, formulates and produces a wide range of beauty & wellness products at our lab in Europe that we opened after years of working with many of the top labs around the world. Our goal was to have a true center of innovation aimed at developing new products that are truly unique in the market to guarantee a competitive edge.
The Searchers Retail
The Searchers Group distributes its brands thru wholesale, online direct to consumer and physical retail locations. Distribution, whether wholesale or retail is at the core of what we do. We opened The Searchers Gallery to showcase brands as we are launching them. We have locations that are open seasonally in New York City, Warsaw, Paris and Cape Cod, an online boutique as well as events hosted around the world.
The Searchers Capital & Advisory
In addition to launching brands, we finance and invest in a variety of opportunities within global trade including production finance, licensing, foreign exchange, factoring and other opportunities that are a by-product of our core operations. Additionally we provide select clients with advisory services within our core competencies.
